Hi! I just found your podcast. Trying to work my way thru the back episodes. But listened to this one and have to laugh. I'm from Summerville (SC) but living in Maryland. When I go home for visits my poor GPS couldn't handle most of the road names I was on!! (And don't even get me on the pronunciation of Edisto by GPS & weather folks!!) I'm hoping to go to Sheep & Wool this year as I'm in the Frederick area and it's only 45 minutes from me. It'll be my first time and I'm just starting to get into knitting. Safe travels!!
ReplyDeleteHi, Denise!
DeleteI can imagine all the crazy ways GPS could pronounce Edisto! Let me know if you can get to Maryland Sheep and Wool. I'd love to say hi
